Experience the difference at the Acupuncture and Healing Arts Medical Group. We are interested in your long-term health and wellness, not just a quick fix to mask a problem.
Acupuncture treatment consists of tiny Acupuncture needles (less than 1/10th the size of a sewing needle) inserted into the skin to promote blood circulation to targeted areas. This in turn activates your body’s immune and nervous systems, reducing inflammation and releasing endorphins to alleviate pain.
Chinese herbal formulas are a safe and effective way to address a wide array of health concerns. We source our herbs and vitamin supplements from the most reputable companies, ensuring not only that they are free from contaminants like heavy metals, pesticides and pharmaceutical, but that they are also ethically sourced.
Dry needling uses needles in “trigger points’ to ease pain. Auricular therapy is acupuncture of the ear.Cupping, tui na, gua sha, e-stim/electroacupuncture, and mineral heat lamp therapy are other modalities that may be incorporated into your acupuncture treatment. We use multiple techniques to break up scar tissue, loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, and decrease pain.
Your acupuncturist will explain in detail what to expect from these therapies and will proceed only with your full consent.
I've had such a great experience here! I came for elevated hormone levels and after 4 sessions my hormone levels were back within normal range! It is very relaxing and nice to take a break and lay there during a session. They are always very accommodating when it comes to scheduling, even when there was a mix-up of when I should come they were very helpful in getting me rescheduled. At first I came for acupuncture because I wanted to try anything natural that could help. Now I am amazed at what results I found here! Thank you!!

I have been going to accupunture with Chuck for more than five years. His treatment and expertise has been very valuable during my fertile journey, pregnancy, seasonal allergies and even anxiety. He is very knowledgeable and is very relaxing going there. Definitely worth giving it a try if you haven’t done it yet.

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and my precious baby is now resting on my sciatic nerve causing intense pain and difficulty walking. I've done prenatal massages, sleep on a heating pad, yoga, and hot showers. These methods are good but only gives me temporary relief. I have always wanted to try acupuncture because it looks interesting to me. I did a Google search and came across Dr. Sullivan's practice. My experience today exceeded my expectations. During this covid mess, most places are by appointment only. I called today and was able to be seen today. I explained to Candice how bad I feel and she was beyond pleasant and understanding. Dr. Sullivan was gentle and walked me through the entire process. He was very helpful and made sure my baby and I were comfortable. I wish I could give them 20 stars. I can see myself making them my new home for relief and relaxation.

This was my first time trying acupuncture, and I went in because I was dealing with stress-related neck and back pain. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and kind, and she noticed that I was a veteran. She shared with me how many veterans are referred to them through a specific program, which I really appreciated.
Chuck completed my initial assessment, and although it didn’t take long, it was clear that he genuinely cared about understanding what could be causing my pain. He listened, asked questions, and got straight to work.
When I left, I definitely felt better. There was still a dull ache, but it was nothing compared to how I felt when I first walked in. I waited a few days before posting my review because I had read that acupuncture can work instantly for some people, while for others it may take a little time. After two days, the pain in my back was completely gone.
I will definitely be back if the pain returns or if I have any other body aches and pains. I’m grateful for such a positive first experience!

I absolutely loved sessions performed by my therapist Chuck Sullivan. I had a build up of muscle spasms which has been untreated for over 7 years. Even though temporary,I benefited from the acupuncture. However the VA determined I need dry needling.

I'm a big fan! Most recently, I had a pinched nerve in my neck and after several acupuncture sessions, I'm seeing a lot of improvement. It's also a great way to take some time for yourself -- the rooms are quiet and meditative and I always leave feeling refreshed and more centered.

The greatest experience for over 10 years. Fantastic pain relief stopped narcotics 12 years ago! Great Doctor Chuck Sullivan very knowledgeable and can deliver the services you need. ATTENTION ALL YOU “VETERANS” “THEY ARE VETERANS APPROVED “ just talk to your primary care provider. I’ve been with Acupuncture and Healing Arts for more than 12 years it’s so good I quit Narcotics 12 years ago not long after I started. This is my go to for PAIN THERAPY so come on get your pain relief started with out Narcotics. My wife goes also for her arthritis and swears by it. We don’t give it 5 stars this is a 10 star for sure I’ll be 71 soon and the time with them is FANTASTIC!

I can't say enough positive things about this collection of Practitioners.. the name kinda says it all. They each practice the Art of Healing the body along with our emotion. I have been a patient there for over 12 yrs now and have to say that they continue to lift me up and set me back on track with such non-invasive self empowering methods, that they are my !st choice in medical care.
